Euviss is a private, third-party e-Visa application assistance and processing service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a part of any government, embassy, or consulate. We provide a service to assist you in the preparation and submission of your e-Visa application to the relevant government authorities.

The final decision on all e-Visa applications (approval or denial) rests solely with the respective government authorities.

Definition of Services

Our Service is an online platform that provides assistance with e-Visa applications. This includes:

  • Providing a simplified, user-friendly application form.
  • Reviewing your application for errors, omissions, and consistency.
  • Translating information where necessary.
  • Submitting the application on your behalf to the relevant government portal.
  • Providing application status updates and delivering the approved e-Visa (if granted) to you via email.

Our service is limited to the processing and submission of your application and does not constitute legal or immigration advice.

User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information for your e-Visa application.

Fees and Payments

You agree to pay all applicable fees for our Services as displayed on our Site. Our total fee is comprised of:

  1. Government Fees: The mandatory fee charged by the government for issuing the e-Visa.
  2. Service Fee: Our fee for the assistance, review, and submission service we provide.

All fees must be paid in full at the time of application. By making a payment, you authorize us to process your application and pay the government fees on your behalf. Our fees are subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

All fees paid to us are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your e-Visa application.

  • If your visa is denied: We cannot issue a refund. The service fee covers our administrative work (review, processing, submission), and the government fees are non-refundable by the government itself once an application is submitted.
  • If you cancel: If you wish to cancel your application before we have submitted it to the government, you may be eligible for a partial refund of our service fee at our sole discretion. Government fees that have not yet been paid will be refunded. Once an application is submitted to the government, no refunds are possible.

Limitation of Liability

Euviss provides its services on an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the outcome of your visa application.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Euviss (including its officers, directors, and employees) shall not be liable for:

  • Visa Denial: Any denial (rejection) of your e-Visa application by the government.
  • Processing Delays: Any delays in visa processing caused by the government, technical issues with government portals, or requests for additional information.
  • User Errors: Any errors, omissions, or false information provided by you in your application.
  • Consequential Damages: Any costs, losses, or damages incurred by you as a result of a visa denial or delay, including but not limited to, lost flights, accommodation, or other travel arrangements.
  • Force Majeure: Any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, government portal outages, new travel restrictions).

In any event, the total liability of Euviss to you for any and all claims shall be limited to the amount of the service fee you paid to us.

Processing Times

Any processing times displayed on our Site (e.g., “24-hour processing,” “3-day service”) are estimates based on typical processing times provided by government authorities. These are not guarantees. Euviss is not responsible for processing delays. We strongly advise all users to apply well in advance of their travel date.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all text, graphics, logos, and software) are and will remain the exclusive property of Euviss and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Euviss (e.g., government portals, travel blogs). We have no control over and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
